🛒 General Conditions

By placing an order with Hadiyakart, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if false or incomplete information is provided.

📦 Order Confirmation & Payment

A Rs. 200 advance payment is required to confirm all orders.

This advance amount will be adjusted in the total Cash on Delivery (COD) bill.

Orders without advance payment may not be processed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

All Pakistan: Estimated delivery time is 3–4 working days.

Karachi: Estimated delivery time is within 2 working days.

Delivery times may vary due to courier service delays or location issues.

🔁 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund policy only for damaged products.

Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.

Proof of damage (photos/videos) may be required.

🔒 Privacy

Your personal information (name, phone number, address, email) is used only for order processing and delivery.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except courier services when required.

We make every effort to display accurate product details.

Minor variations in color or design may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
