✅ Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 7-day refund policy.
Refunds are only applicable if the product is damaged at the time of delivery.
The issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
📦 Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Proof of damage (photos or video) may be required.
Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for a refund.
🔁 Refund Process
Once your claim is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
Processing time may take a few business days after approval.
